Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing commu-
nications plans and related budgets

Community Outreach Specialist Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a calendar of outreach activities including community events, workshops,
appearances, and other communication opportunities with assigned communities
Creating and nurturing relationships with collaborative partners within assigned communities
Search for opportunities and schedule regular outreach exhibitions and site visits with
businesses in the community
Play an integral role in the development and organization of engagement initiatives,
including exhibitions, special events, tradeshows, site visits with organizations, business-to-
business/door-to-door, and other promotional efforts
Assist in the marketing, planning, and execution of related projects to increase brand
awareness in the community
Lead generation: perform outreach initiatives over the phone/zoom to inform potential clients
of our programs, and encourage them to apply
Ensure outreach projects and initiatives align with overall marketing strategy

About the Role
The Project Coordinator is the primary point-person responsible for coordinating,
executing, and implementing tasks to help the project manager deliver the project, on
time and within budget. To achieve these important goals, the Project Coordinator will
work with the project manager, understand the project requirements and scope, and
work with the project resources to ensure success fo the project. The Project
Coordinator will work directly with the DLF Executive Director and managers. You are a

next level! To be successful in this role, you should have experience creating
customized interactions to increase engagement with members of the local and national
Black community, government, corporations, stakeholders and a personable approach
to building relationships and the ability to think outside of the standard to provide

Key Responsibilities:

About the Role
We’re searching for a highly-skilled project manager to contribute to DLF’s growth and
ensure excellent project delivery. We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful
individual to lead the project team in the design and implementation of the Project. By
exercising their knowledge in service design, and project and change management, the
incumbent will apply a variety of methodologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure their
diverse and interdisciplinary project teams can successfully navigate ambiguity and

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and supervise the development and implementation of Project(s) from
conception to finalization stage.
Provides input into and administers assigned budget, ensuring that expenditures are
controlled and maintained within approved budget limitations. Liaises with management
team accounting and administrative staff, as required.
● Be accountable for delivering projects on-time and on-budget while meeting a high
standard of quality and by delivering on the customer’s requirements.
● Supervise and hold accountable the Project Team including business development,
marketing, partnerships, outreach, financial and client management.
● Conduct research and develop a thorough understanding of the Project and related
requirements, analyze data and provide insightful reports and recommendations to
Senior Management.
● Ensure project records and CRM are accurately maintained and kept up to date.
● Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting
project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within the

● Maintain expected level of quality assurance on all contract deliverables.
● Manage client relationships to ensure high-quality customer service is delivered.
● Detailed tracking and monitoring of the budget in conjunction with the Project Team.
● Resource and hire for the Project Team.
● On-board and manage all vendors and scope of work for contractors and consultants.
● Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and
